On My Block, the USA-based TV/web series has been one of the biggest hits of Netflix since the beginning and, even after three seasons, it is still running at an excellent pace. Hence, as usual, Netflix is thinking about making a fourth installment of the show.
On My Block Season 4: Plot Details. Since the third season ended with a major cliffhanger and a shocking time gap, hence the next season will be going to be more dramatic and intense than before. In the closing moments of the previous season, all the characters were grown up and busy in their own life. After a time jump, Ruby and Jasmine were. The abrupt ending of the third season has put fans in a dilemma. This teen comedy-drama series presents a unique plot that represents some of the underrepresented segments of society. However, it is a piece of fiction, the show beautifully displays the value of friendship.
However, as the 3rd season of the series just came out a few days ago, knowing about every detail this early has not been possible for us. However, we, still, do have some information that we would like to share with you. So, make sure to stay with us till the end!
Renewal Status
As mentioned before, the third season of On My Block has released just a few days ago, more precisely, on 11th March. Thus, it, naturally, is quite early to ask about the 4th installment of the show. However, we do think that the immense popularity of the show might just force Netflix to release at least yet another season of the show. Furthermore, the ending of season 3 did not really seem like a dead end. So, hopefully, the good news will soon arrive for the fanatics of On My Block.
However, the flow of good news on this aspect does not end here. The show-runner of On My Block has also announced that she has already completed writing the plots of the fourth season. Now, all she is waiting for is to get the green signal from Netflix itself. Sounds like we should do the same, right?

Release Date
The previous seasons of the series had released on the month of March, since 2018. So, we can expect that season 4 of the show is, too, going to release in March. However, as the 3rd installment of the web series got aired just a few days, we think that the 4th season will come out next year.
Furthermore, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, all the production houses of the country have been banned temporarily. Therefore, even if Netflix wanted to, they could not release the new installment anytime soon. So, it would really not be wrong to assume that the series might continue again from the next year.

Season 4: Spoilers
If you have been watching the series from the first, then you probably already know about its storyline. However, if you have not seen anything, then here is a little bit of heads up for you. The second season of the web series had ended with the kidnapping incidence of Jamal, Monse, Cesar, and Ruben.
So, as you can understand, the third installment of the series started with the same situation and continued on. So, we expecting that, in the fourth season, some new twists will be coming on the series. Furthermore, it might also provide us with some insights on the Mystery of Lil’ Ricky. The co-creator of the show, Eddie Gonzalez, had also confirmed it.

On My Block. The teen Comedy-drama show on Netflix. Once again, Netflix has proved its worth in producing good stuff. After its three seasons, On My Block had become one of the most searched shows on Google.
Featuring a plot that deals with representing the under-represented people. It maintains a beautiful balance between comedy and drama. The theme of the show basically revolves around the bond of friendship and how it is challenged.
As of now, the show hasn’t been renewed. However, it is very unlikely for Netflix to cancel the show at this point unless there is a big shift in viewing figures. Moreover, shows co-creator Lauren Lungerich has signed a multi-year contract with Netflix. So we will be getting more seasons of On My Block and many other new shows. We can expect the show to be renewed in the upcoming month.
Well, all the previous three seasons of the have aired in march. To be specific, the show premiered on March 16th, 2018. The next season followed on March 29th, 2019 and recently we had the third season on March 11th. So we can expect the fourth one to air in March as well. It looks like they are trying to make it like a tradition, indicating more seasons to come.
Next Season On My Block
All four of the core cast members, Sierra Capri, Diego Tinoco, Jason Genao and Brett Gray are expected to return, along with most of the other alive recurring. Although the bond of friendship between them would not be the same as it used to be. However, the cast reassured that things will be just fine at the end and that’s what matters. Moreover, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some new faces on the screen as the show has scope to introduce new members in the cast.
