Activities can also be booked by calling 540.289.4978 or in-person at the concierge desk located in the Woodstone North Lobby. The concierge desk can help with resort information, local information, dining recommendations, event itineraries, and much more! Click here to view current hours.
Art Studio Classes: Check-in @ The Art Studio @ MFRC.
All classes at The Art Studio require reservations in advance except for Tie Dye.
- Tie Dye: Choose from a variety of projects! Select from Massanutten Logo T-Shirt, Nature Themed T-Shirt OR a Plain T-Shirt. New projects include: face masks and bandanas!
- Hand Painted Glassware: Stylize your very own glassware to create your one of a kind drinking glass. Great for the whole family!
- Landscape Painting Tutorial: Learn to paint a beautiful landscape in the step by step class. Materials included. (Ages 8+)
- Beaded Bookmark: Choose from a variety of beautiful beads, hooks and charms to create your one of a kind keepsake piece.
- Jewelry Making – Necklace: Design your own unique beaded necklace with a beautiful choice of center charms. Choker, matinee and opera necklace lengths available.
- Garden Miniature Figurines: Bring your mini creature to life in this fun painting class! Choose your perfect ceramic figurine and bring them to life with acrylic paint.
- Wooden Wall Plaques or Mini Masterpiece Painting: Follow along with a pattern or discover your own path with this relaxed painting workshop! Choose from multiple wooden wall plaque options or a mini canvas and easel.

- Cupcake Decorating Workshop: New on Thursdays! Learn techniques and decorate your own set of tasty cupcakes with one of Massanutten’s Pastry Chefs.
- Uncorked Art: A step by step wine and paint class led by our Art Studio team and featuring local Virginia wine. (Ages 21+)
- Cooking Demonstration: Watch as one of Massanutten’s chefs prepares a 3 course gourmet meal and then partake in each course.
